Role Overview:
Someone Detail-orientated, Pro-active, Self-motivated and very much a Team Player..
This role will be instrumental in maintaining operational systems, monitoring compliance milestones, and supporting audit readiness across contract-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Accreditation Tracking & Management
Maintain up-to-date records of required certifications, qualifications, and accreditations relevant to the contract.
Monitor expiry dates and pro-actively coordinate renewals.
Liaise with internal teams and external bodies to ensure timely submission of required documentation.
Support audits and ensure all accreditation records are audit-ready at all times.
Operational Compliance Oversight
Oversee and monitor the implementation of operational systems and processes specific to the contract.
Ensure that procedures comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and contract-specific requirements.
Conduct regular internal reviews and spot-checks to ensure consistent compliance across all operational areas.
Reporting & Documentation
Generate regular compliance reports and provide updates to senior management.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of compliance activities, findings, and action plans.
Support the preparation of contract-specific compliance documentation.
Stakeholder Communication
Work closely with operational teams, H&S, and external auditors to coordinate compliance activities.
Provide administrative support and guidance to ensure teams understand and meet contract obligations.
Key Skills & Experience:
Experience in a compliance, administration, or audit support role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with compliance or document management systems.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
