Currently working with a high growing business based in Wythenshaw who have an exciting opporutnity for a Payroll / Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.
Working within the Manufacturing Industry you will be responsible for assiting the Group across Payroll & Purchase Ledger duties. Working hours are Monday - Friday fully office based with a 2pm Friday Finish.
Reporting to Finance Controller, you will be responsible for the following duties :
- Weekly & Monthly End to End Payroll - including Office & Factory Workers
- Helping streamline Weekly Payroll to Monthly Payroll
- Reconcile inhouse System with Spreadsheet to ensure figures match
- Cacultate Holiday / Overtime Caculations
- Payroll Projects with FC
- End to End Purchase Ledger - including Double Entry Payroll
- Supplier Queries & Statements
