A leading player in the retail industry, is seeking a skilled Digital Product Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team on enhancing the user experience across their app and website, ensuring data-driven decision-making through precise analytics.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Adobe Analytics Expertise: Utilise Adobe Analytics to monitor and analyse website and app performance, user behaviour, and key metrics. Generate insights to guide product development and optimise customer experience
  • SQL Proficiency: Use SQL to query databases, extract and analyse large datasets, and create custom reports to support product decisions and performance tracking
  • Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Measurement Plans: Design and implement comprehensive measurement plans that define KPIs and success metrics for new features and releases. Ensure all key aspects of performance are tracked and reported
  • A/B Testing: Lead the setup, execution, and analysis of A/B tests for new features across the website and app. Provide actionable insights to inform product decisions and enhance user experience
  • Feature Releases: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to support the successful release of new features. Ensure that all releases are tracked, measured, and optimised post-launch
  • Reporting: Regularly present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Product Analyst, preferably within the retail sector
  • Adobe Analytics Proficiency: Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics is essential, including custom reporting, segmentation, and implementation
  • SQL Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis
  • A/B Testing: Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimisation
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
