Regional, well-established law firm looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their Coventry offices.

You will be joining the Residential Conveyancing team and will be providing clients with high-quality services and excellent care.
Within this role, you will be:
- Taking ownership of your own residential conveyancing caseload from inception through to completion
- Shared equity/ownership transactions
- New build transactions
- Remortgages and equity release
- Help to Buy transactions
- Right to Buy transactions
- Transfers of equity/ownership
The successful candidate will ideally have extensive previous experience within Residential Conveyancing, is able to work well as part of a team, is organised and has a keen eye for detail and is wanting to establish themselves in a reputable law firm, for the long-term.
