Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead and motivate a close-knit team to exceed sales and profit targets through inspirational customer service.
- Develop and support your team by providing training and the necessary tools to succeed.
- Create and implement a business plan that expands company sales margins and enhances customer satisfaction.
- Manage all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve individual, team, and store performance.
- Engage with customers, assisting them in visualising their projects using the latest store technology, and lifting and organising tile stock as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven retail management experience with full P&L responsibility.
- Track record of delivering outstanding customer service and achieving great financial results.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to stay ahead of competition and differentiate the store.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Ability to work creatively and adapt to varying tasks daily.
- Passion for interior design or creative projects is highly beneficial.
