This Operations Executive is working for an educational service provider in Petersfield. The position is hybrid, offering a Monday to Friday working week, with 2 days worked from home. The hours are Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm, with an early finish of 4:30pm on a Friday! The position is paying up to £31,000 depending on experience.
This Operations Executive role also includes benefits such as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, hybrid working and access to the pension scheme.
The Operations Executive role is a varied position designed to help support different departments within the business and wider group. The role, whilst a support position, does have a focus on the CRM. The company have a bespoke CRM system, and so part of this role will be to actively maintain and manage the system. Alongside this, onboarding and collating student information, building content and learning materials, assisting them with support and providing progress reports are elements of the role. Communicating with stakeholders, such as onboarding clients, offering members advice and liaising with other departments is also a key part of this role.
