Restaurant General Manager, NW8 London circa £50k
Located in one of London's most renowned areas, this restaurant is due to open later this year. The restaurant will be centred around Italian/Mediterranean flavours with stunning presentation.
They are now looking to recruit a Restaurant General Manager to be involved from the start.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be
- Responsible for the day to day running of the Front of House and management of team
- Involved in building, managing and inspiring the team as well as recruiting and developing
- Working alongside the Head Chef ensuring a strong line of communication between FOH and BOH
- Hands on and detail led
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service and experience is offered to every customer
Our ideal candidate would
- Have a minimum of 2 years at Restaurant General Manager level within a high quality restaurant
- Have exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation
- Be an inspirational leader who can develop and support their team
- Have excellent communication, admin and organizational skills
- Thrive in a fast paced environment, keeping calm and level headed
- Demonstrate level headed thinking with the ability to problem solve
