Salary - £30,000 - £35,000
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Our client based in the North London area are looking for a Team adminstrator who is competent working with Reapit and has a minimum of 2 year's experience ideally within Sales Administration to support their Sales & Lettings team in a motivated and fast paced setting. Are you meticulous and enthusiastic with a great work ethic going above and beyond in all aspects of your role. This position would highly suit a candidate with experience within the industry who thrives to impress and work hard with any task that is assigned to them.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Prepare tenancy agreements.
- Complete referencing process.
- Effectively manage the office diary system.
- Handle all enquiries and record new tenant applications.
- Assist with the management of the office accounting system.
- Update website of property details
- Experience with Reapit
The right person:
- Must be able to demonstrate high attention to detail, highly organised and ambitious.
- Must be punctual and very well organised.
- Excellent telephone manner
