We are in search of a Sales Development Administrator who is proactive, creative, and ready to join our efficient and friendly office team. This role is a fantastic chance for personal career development as you will play a pivotal role in our company's expansion.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Support the UK and overseas sales functions, including customer service, sales order processing, invoicing, new line set-ups, inventory databases, and price files.
- Manage the online customer resource database, ensuring product specifications and images are current and accurate.
- Analyse customer sales and activities to identify and capitalise on opportunities for growth.
- Research new sales opportunities, prepare sales presentations, and generate quotations.
- Represent the company at UK and overseas trade shows, actively engaging in sales activities.
- Provide support to the UK and French sales teams, contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
- Perform general office duties, process orders, raise invoices/credit notes, and manage incoming calls and day-to-day queries.
- Offer support to the sales office during peak times, holidays, and absences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
- An enthusiastic, creative, and collaborative team player dedicated to high standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail in all job aspects.
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas, including occasional overnight stays.
- A clean full driving license is advantageous.
- Basic French language skills are beneficial.
