We are in search of a Sales Development Administrator who is proactive, creative, and ready to join our efficient and friendly office team. This role is a fantastic chance for personal career development as you will play a pivotal role in our company's expansion.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Support the UK and overseas sales functions, including customer service, sales order processing, invoicing, new line set-ups, inventory databases, and price files.
  • Manage the online customer resource database, ensuring product specifications and images are current and accurate.
  • Analyse customer sales and activities to identify and capitalise on opportunities for growth.
  • Research new sales opportunities, prepare sales presentations, and generate quotations.
  • Represent the company at UK and overseas trade shows, actively engaging in sales activities.
  • Provide support to the UK and French sales teams, contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
  • Perform general office duties, process orders, raise invoices/credit notes, and manage incoming calls and day-to-day queries.
  • Offer support to the sales office during peak times, holidays, and absences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
  • An enthusiastic, creative, and collaborative team player dedicated to high standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in all job aspects.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas, including occasional overnight stays.
  • A clean full driving license is advantageous.
  • Basic French language skills are beneficial.
