Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast expanding company based in Croydon. We are seeking a Junior accounts assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Sales and Purchase Ledger
- VAT Reconciliation and submission
- Reconciliation; bank accounts, trial balance accounts
- Aged debtor; credit control & customer account status
- Banking; daily reporting, set up & maintain beneficiary records & create payments
- Data entry; invoices, bank transactions, journals
- Aged creditor: prepare & process payments, supplier ledger review
- Cover absence of Finance team members
- Present financial data to Finance Director
- General accounts customer service
- Other necessary accounts duties
