What you'll be doing:
- Credit Control
- Posting and allocation of customer payments.
- Reconciling unallocated payments.
- Amending and monitoring credit limits.
- Monitoring general and personal email boxes, ensuring timely responses.
- Dealing with customer queries via email and phone.
- Sending out monthly customer statements.
- Sending copy invoices.
- Setting up new customer accounts, following established procedures.
- Other ad hoc duties.
Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in credit control.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Previous experience within the automotive industry is advantageous.
