Position; SALES ADMINISTRATOR
Location; Cowley, Oxfordshire
Salary; £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Planet Recruitment have registered an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis in the Cowley area. The successful candidate will be responsible for responsible for managing outbound supply chain. The role will require working closely with customers, liaising with the Regional Sales Manager, Procurement, and Operations teams to effectively meet customer requirements to ensure accurate supply flow and customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities;
- Effectively communicate with customers
- Manage and comply with customer-specific requirements
- Maintain sales contracts for customers
- Enter all demands for customers in the ERP system
- Process customer invoices daily
- Co-ordinate and manage complex issues with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Anticipate problems and take appropriate action to prevent or minimise their impact
- Update the shipping list daily
- Maintain and update the main customer contact list
- Maintain Monthly KPI data
- Maintain and update RFQ logs and send quotations in response to customer RFQs
- Prepare all Customer deliveries
- Active contributor to continuous improvement initiatives within the business
- Be aware of DOA limitations
- Manage time effectively
- Undertake relevant ongoing training
- Carry out any other reasonable requests by the Management Team.
Required / Qualifications;
- Previous experience within a similar role is desirable.
- Must have good attention to detail.
- Ability to focus on your own work and work as part of a team
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Good working knowledge of computer hardware and widely used software packages, such as Microsoft Office
