A Lloyd's market insurer seeks an Assistant Claims Manager (Marine & Aviation). The successful will have a proven track record in handling Marine claims in the Lloyd's market and will have experience managing people or mentoring. In this role you will be managing a portfolio of claims which are mainly of a more complex nature and overseeing the work of the Claims Adjusters. Also setting and monitoring team members' appraisals and objectives. You will have a good understanding of Claims MI and will be able to foster and maintain excellent business relationship and lead, develop and motivate a team.
