They are seeking an energetic and talented individual to work closely with the estate agency team, focusing on building their brand and attracting more clients. They need someone who will work with them to achieve their overall goal of becoming Bristol's top choice for selling stylish and unique properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms and website journal
- Engage with influencers and target audiences to grow their following base
- Oversee videography and photography
- Ensure high-quality, consistent brochures
- Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns
- Create engaging website content
- Manage Google reviews and other feedback channels
- Provide monthly performance reports
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong marketing and analytical skills
- Knowledge of SEO and organic social media strategies
- Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities
- Ability to work well within a team and identify with our brand values
- Interest in property, interiors, lifestyle, and the Bristol community
Salary & Benefits:
- Approximately £30,000 per year for a full-time role, with the option for part-time (3-4 days per week, pro-rata)
- Primarily office-based, with some flexibility for remote work
