A dynamic, Cost & Project Management consultancy that delivers flagship projects across the healthcare sector, are seeking a reliable Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding office in Hertfordshire.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work closely alongside an Associate Director and the Project Management team in delivering important, and iconic healthcare projects including new theatres, major refurbishments, multi-story car parks and large-scale office relocations, with projects valuing up to £100m.
Alongside project delivery, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also become a key contact for clients, stakeholders, and help support the more junior quantity surveyors within the team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- 7+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- Ideally have experience of running healthcare projects
- Completed a Quantity Surveying or construction related degree
- MRICS would be a bonus
- Good pre and post cost management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferably from a PQS / Consultancy environment
