Duties: Listed below:-
- Dusting all skirting boards, window ledges and handrail together with balustrade.
- Cleaning glass to entrance doors.
- Vacuum cleaning all communal areas from top floor to basement or more often when necessary.
- Sweep and mop ground floor reception area and post room
- Sweep and mop outside disabled ramp and main external entrance area
- Dust and if necessary wipe clean the doors to all flats with mild detergent
- To clean finger marks on decorated walls and dado rails.
- To carry out any extra reasonable requests as made by the on site Porter
