Job Description
- Manage the commercial process from bidding through to revision and completion.
- Provide risk assessment advice to stakeholders and leadership teams
- Creation of robust costings for bids supported by supply chain quotes and internal costings to produce a pricing strategy for approval.
- Draft, review and negotiate terms and conditions, commercial contracts and associated documents for major business prospects.
- Support all trade compliance activities

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- In depth experience formulating and creating bids/proposal
- Competent reviewing and producing complex contractual agreements
- Strong experience bigging on and negotiating packages on work.
