Are you a proactive and organised professional looking for a temporary part-time opportunity as a Personal Assistant?

Our client is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) to join their team in Aylesbury. As the Personal Assistant, you will provide confidential and dedicated support to the Directors and their senior teams, ensuring the efficient and effective running of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain organised systems to manage information generated by the Director
  • Manage all correspondence, including highly confidential matters
  • Coordinate the Director's work schedule and arrange meetings and conferences
  • Conduct research as required and handle external communications with sensitivity
  • Manage the Directorate meeting process, including room bookings, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
  • Provide administrative support to all meetings chaired by the Director
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of information and correspondence
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as required by Directors
  • Promote good administrative practises and contribute to systems development

Requirements:

  • Proven office/administration experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications and general IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High integrity, reliability, and confidentiality
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team

This role is to start on an immediate basis, the hours will be working up to 30 hours a week, ideally being split over 4 days.
