Job Title: Paid Media Web & Creative Specialist

Location: London(3 days to the office)

Duration: 12 months contract

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Drive mid-size or large-scale paid media campaigns (via an agency), with a focus on Web experience and Creative Strategy, as a key individual contributor, ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and programs
  • You play a critical role in building client brand recognition by developing strategic project plans or marketing strategy for the larger product.
  • You work directly with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaigns and sponsorships from start to finish.
  • You demonstrate leadership and subject-matter expertise in the broader marketing organization and within a specific team.
  • As you guide the integration of multiple adjacent projects, you ensure all stakeholders, agencies, and project managers are working together to deliver high-quality projects with maximized return on investment (ROI).

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

  • (All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role)
  • Bachelor degree 7-10 years experience with building great web experiences (e.g. paid media landing pages) via a CMS or web-development team (no technical skills required), from insight identification, prototype testing, A/B testing and in-flight monitoring
  • Extensive experience of directly working on biddable paid media campaigns, either on the agency side or client side (preferably for/on behalf of a B2B brand)
  • Excellent analytical understanding, ability to identify insights and drivers, and formulate a narrative. Strong experience with incrementality measurement.
  • Superb collaboration, project management, presentation and communication skills; ability to convincingly influence agency partners (media & creative), senior internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams and negotiate desired outcomes in a complex matrix organization

  • Experience with & interest on GenAI and automation solutions for Marketing (Creative Automation, web personalization)
  • Self-drive and entrepreneurship: ability to independently define strategy, innovation and deliver results with limited oversight and guidance; drive to overcome technical and resource difficulties Keen interest in online media, online campaign optimization, data analysis and GenAI media solutions
