Do you have a proven track record of 1st line support within a legal or law company?
Are you looking for a varied and technically interesting role with an organsiation that has a fantastic reputation for staff retention, company culture and training & development?
In this role you will be required to provide a variety of technical support including; PC fault diagnostics, user account administration, IT hardware and dealing with change requests.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in 1st line support and have had experience working for law or legal firm.

The role:
- Hybrid working role.
- Full training provided.

- 35 Hour working week
- Monday to Friday

- Have has experience working in the legal industry.
- Have a proven track record in 1st line support.
- Candidates would have ideally had exposure to 2nd line support.
