A reputable and well known Financial Advisory business are now actively looking to hire a Trainee Paraplanner in to their established team.
The business has a strong emphasis on a positive working culture which is demonstrated by the longevity of many within the office.
Duties will include;
- Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication and build relationships with clients and be the point of contact via email and telephone
- Speak to clients throughout the year to take instructions for withdrawals and reply to their queries
- Maintain Client records via Intelligent Office
- Maintain and issue meeting packs
- Undertaking follow up work from Client meetings
- Liaise with product providers and other third parties to acquire additional information when required
The successful candidate will ideally have recent and relevant experience within a Financial Advisory environment and studying towards their Level 4 Diploma.
