The difference you will make as a Residential Lettings Officer

You will manage the end-to-end residential lettings process for Home Ownership including sourcing of suitable tenants, carrying out referencing and financial checks, preparing compliant and accurate tenancy agreements and undertaking end of tenancy visits.

You will be accountable for rental income and void rent loss for Home Ownership properties identified as suitable for letting on either an open market or intermediate rent basis.

About you

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven track record of managing the lettings process, including sourcing and assessing suitable tenants and carrying out financial checks and referencing.
  • Relevant Housing experience including working within a customer focussed environment.
  • Experience of successfully drafting tenancy agreements.
  • In depth understanding of Deposit Protection Service requirements.
