An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Manager to join a close-knit team within a growing FMCG business based in Trafford Park. This is perfect for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor looking for their next step up in their career!

Responsibilities

  • Providing support for the AP team with any queries or escalations
  • Setting up new suppliers
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Stock - Purchase order matching
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Run reports for the FD providing information on the current ledgers
  • Ensure all purchase invoices are processed by the AP team

What you'll need to succeed as a Purchase Ledger Manager

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Stock experience ( desired )
  • Highly motivated and self-driven individual with excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude towards work.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and to be able to manipulate large set of data.
