Your new role
Oversee and manage hard services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance.Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
Support the Facilities Manager in daily operations.

What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge of Hard Services - this role would suit an engineer looking to come off the tools.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Clean driving licence
A 5 year checkable UK work history
