This position is for an Interim Executive Director of Finance and Resources who will contribute to the strategic leadership and management of a Not For Profit organisation. Based remotely with occasional UK travel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Accounting & Finance department while driving financial strategies and resource management.

Description
- Provide strategic leadership and management for the Accounting & Finance department.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and seek a full range of business solutions.
- Participate in the development of the organisation's plans and programmes as a strategic partner.
- Enhance and/or develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures by way of systems that will improve overall operation and effectiveness.
- Work with the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer to ensure the financial integrity of the organisation.
- Develop and manage direct staff, to include managers, supervisors, professionals, and support staff.
- Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, the introduction of new programmes, and regulatory action.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Finance Director ideally from within a not for profit organisation.
- Previous and proven experience of leading a business through a phase of change and transformation
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Comfortable and confident working with a senior leadership team
Job Offer
- A competitive annual salary ranging from £90,000 to £120,000.
