Job description:
- To work as part of the pharmacy team at MPFT to ensure the safe, effective and economical use of medicines.
- To work with clinical pharmacists, the dispensary manager and medicines management technicians and
- pharmacy support workers in providing and developing a comprehensive medicines optimisation service to the wards and clinics.
- To assess patients' own drugs for use on the wards and document the supplies available on patients' drug charts, indicating those that have not yet been clinically screened by a pharmacist.
