Job description:
We are looking for a Commercial Support Associate to join us for a period of 3-4 months. To excel in this role, you'll need to be a strong advocate for our internal customers, providing a professional and co-operative service in line with Premier Foods values. Your day-to-day activities will include processing commercial claims, invalidating claims when necessary, and managing associated queries.
This role requires an individual who is organised and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working with a team of dedicated professionals, you will be responsible for collaborating with other teams in PBS and across the wider business to achieve targets.

The Key Requirements...
- Confident liaising with external and internal customers via the phone and email.
- Processing high volumes of claims.
- Checking claims against agreements.
- Confident to learn new systems - SAP/TPM/Fiori and potential of others
- Have Excel knowledge
As a Commercial Support Associate, you are organised and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You're not one to shy away from challenges or new ideas.
