Position: Graduate Cover Supervisor

Salary: £100+ per day
About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Cover Supervisors to join our team at various secondary schools across Huddersfield and surrounding area's. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are considering a career in education and want to gain valuable classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure that students remain on task.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Support students with their learning and address any queries.
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as required by the school.
Requirements:
- A university degree (any discipline).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively.
- A passion for education and working with young people.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
