Our client a multi-disciplinary consultancy in Maidstone comprising of Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors and Structural Engineers are looking to add an experienced Building Surveyor to their team.
They provide a range of building surveying services for their residential and commercial clients such as building surveys, fabric surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, expert witness, schedules of works, condition surveys and project management.
**Building Surveyor
Position Overview
- To complete a range of building surveying duties on residential and commercial buildings in the London and Kent area.
- Working within a multi-disciplinary team
- Building strong relationships with clients and providing them with expert advice when buying or making significant changes to their property
**Building Surveyor
Position Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience
- BSc in Building Surveying or relevant qualification
- Practical understanding of residential and commercial property
- Living within commuting distance of the Maidstone area
- Full Driving licence

Position Remuneration
- Salary: £35k - £55k
