Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large public sector organisation in the Leeds area, who are looking to recruit an Administrator on a temporary basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to someone with administrative experience that is looking for a full time role.
Role:
The role will suit an experiencedcandidate who is immediately available for work on a temporary basis.
Duties will include:
- Taking a proactive approach to customer service.
- Checking, recording and passing payments, invoices and professional fees
- Minute taking
- Perform various administration duties including booking meetings, printing and photocopying
- Updating and maintaining the internal database, including invoice queries
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of data
- Dealing with internal/external queries via email and phone
Person:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Hold strong system skills - including MS Excel
- Administrative experience
