An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator with 6-12 months experience in estate agency to join a leading estate agency. In this role, you will organise and conduct property viewings, collect property details, and coordinate photography sessions.
You will be responsible for:
- Estimate property values and promote properties for sale.
- Monitor ongoing sales and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Inform clients of new properties via CRM system.
- Refer buyers to mortgage services and conveyancers.
- Promote the firm's services in all departments, including Financial Services and Solicitor referrals.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar role.
- Good business sense and understanding of the property market.
- Skilled in computer use.
- Valid UK driving licence.
