SGS Create, our innovative provision, opened its doors in September 2023, welcoming 80 enthusiastic Year 10 learners. As we continue to expand, we are seeking passionate and experienced educators to deliver a first class, broad and balanced curriculum to our current Year 10 cohort and the incoming students set to join us in September 2024.

We are in search of an outstanding Science teacher to join our team in September 2024.

We welcome applications from fully qualified teachers with QTS, including NQTs, who possess a broad range of experience in teaching KS3/4 across diverse educational settings. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a good understanding of SEMH and SEND learners, coupled with an empathetic teaching approach. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Curriculum development and innovation
  • To undertake all forms of pedagogic work which may include classroom and online teaching
  • To conduct curriculum development work including identification of consumer requirements, planning, development and evaluation of courses and course materials
  • To support learners needs and liaise with appropriate staff to ensure strategies are in place to support the learners progress.

  • Successful management experience in a school/education setting
  • Understanding of high-quality teaching based on evidence, and the ability to model this for others and support others to improve
