Seven Social Care are currently recruiting for a Leaving Care Personal Advisor to start a new role in Reigate, Surrey.
You will be the responsible person for the individual care leaver in line with statutory requirements, case hold and provide support to those aged 18 – 21 years and up to 25 years as assessed.
You will support care leavers with the transition into adulthood and independent living ensuring they are equipped to make good decisions and have the practical skills necessary to live independently.
This is a full-time agency post paying £25 an hour.
Driving is essential for this role.
Applicant Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience working with care leavers
- Qualifications: Minimum relevant NVQ Level 3 / 4 qualifications or able to evidence knowledge/understanding of working with young people/care leavers
- Compliance: Childrens Enhanced DBS, Right to Work in the UK
- Hours: 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday
- Travel: Full UK driving license
