Our client, a well-established, reputable law firm are looking to recruit a professional, reliable and proactive Planning Solicitor to provide legal advice and services to their clients, including corporate and residential developers, registered providers, landowners, and local authorities.
Reporting directly to the Senior Partner, duties to include:
This role will cover a broad range of planning work to include, but not limited to, strategic planning advice, planning applications, planning appeals/inquiries and enforcement as well as advice on CIL. Acting for clients on pure planning matters and, from time to time, provide support to the property, corporate divisions.
As a successful candidate you will have at least 3 years post-qualification experience or equivalent as a Planning/Environmental Solicitor and a background in asset management, purchase/sales and tenancy would be beneficial. Sound technical ability and strong commercial awareness, well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues/clients is also essential.
