Robert Half Finance and Accounting are recruiting a Credit Manager to join one of Manchester's fastest growing businesses on an initial 12 month fixed term contract, with a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent.

The Role:

Reporting into the Head of Shared Services this role will involve:

  • Managing a team of 4 experienced Accounts Receivable / Credit Control staff
  • Work closely with the commercial teams to reduce outstanding debt
  • Implement new processes and systems to increase efficiency's
  • Assist with the implementation of a new finance system

The candidate:

To be considered for this role, we are looking for:

  • Previous experience working as a Credit Control Team Leader / Supervisor
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • IT literate, proficient at using multiple accounting systems
  • Ability to improve existing processes

Salary & Benefits:

  • £45,000 - £50,000 base salary
