JOB – Technical Operations Assistant – Progression to management level offered.

TERM – Permanent
SALARY – £23,000 - £27,000 per annum.
A UK based Automation company are looking for a Technical Operations Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Technical Operations Assistant will ideally have the following attributes:
- A level of technical understanding for Automation Engineering - NVQ/ HND or equivalent qualification in engineering OR experience in a similar role for an automation-based company.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft work, excel etc.
- Ability to work well under pressure & meet deadlines.
The Technical Operations Assistant's Responsibilities in the role;
- Dealing with customer enquiries & queries over the phone & offering technical assistance,
- Organising & managing stock orders & supply,
- Providing support to engineering staff when required.
- Assisting site visitors & customers in person when required.
