Salary: £27,476 – £31,336 + 19.5 % pension
1 in 10 weeks on call allowance - £250 per week on call standby allowance + 1.5 x hourly rate for call out hours

Skills required:
- Formal qualification in Decorating, Engineering, Carpentry or Bricklaying (City & Guilds, Level 2 NVQ Diploma) or equivalent experience.
- Experience as a Multi Trade professional
As a Maintenance Multi-Skilled technician, you will perform varied maintenance tasks, including repairs to building fabric such as roofs, doors, windows, and flooring. Engage in construction refurbishments, upgrades, and new installations. You will work closely with university staff, students, and external contractors to maintain and enhance our university buildings and grounds.
