***COORDINATOR***
We are delighted to be recruiting for a well-organised and super efficient Coordinator with a creative streak to support a team of globally based consultants. This is a full-time position which offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home). As Coordinator you will be the lynchpin between the business and clients, taking responsibility for supporting the team and creating project materials using a range of creative tools including Powerpoint and Canva.
Salary c.£37K + excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, health scheme and free on-site parking.
Key responsibilities for the Coordinator include,
- Liaising with consultants and associates, clients and delegates
- Management of programmes schedule and material
- Date planning with associates on availability
- Diary management in Zoom and Teams
- Course content management
- Organisation of team meetings, liaising with external venues as required
- Provide support with various administrative tasks
The ideal Coordinator will need the following,
- Strong administrative skills, with high attention to detail
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to create engaging and visually dynamic documents and slides
- Must be methodical, able to plan ahead and be organised and calm under pressure
- Ability to work across different time zones, managing multiple countries
- Solid skills using Word, Excel and Powerpoint essential, experience of using Canva or any other creative software would be a bonus
- Be highly client focused
- Full UK driving licence and own transport due to location
