Admin/Records Supervisor
We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic company based in Liverpool, who are seeking a Records Management Supervisor to join their team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance from their Records Management team, who handle the day-to-day organisation of physical files and central filing systems across our UK offices, as well as liaising with external archiving service providers.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide line management to the Records Management team across different office locations.
- Engage in Records-related tasks and duties as an integral member of the Records team.
- Assist management in overseeing Records-related projects.
- Travel to various offices as required.
- Support management by contributing to monthly team activity and financial reporting.
- Monitor team performance, coordinate daily duties, and manage workloads.
- Act as the primary point of contact for team inquiries and escalations from other departments.
What experience you'll need
