ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - HEALTHCARE

I'm working on several roles with a boutique market research agency specializing in healthcare and pharmaceuticals. They're looking to bring in a new member of the team who will get the chance to work across both quantitative and qualitative projects and upscale their research and insight skills working with some of the largest companies in the healthcare space.
THE ROLE:
The Associate Director will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversee projects and teams on an end-to-end basis
- Be the main point of contact for clients
- Help write presentations with senior members of the team with clients
- Oversee more junior members of the team
- Write client proposals and liaise with Directors to calculate project costs and timelines
- Spot and generate new business opportunities for the company
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal Associate Director will have:
- Experience within market research in the healthcare industry
- Knowledgeable with both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Great communication skills
- Project management skills
- Business development ability - generate new clients
