  • Tidy bin stores, maintain perimeter cleanliness and clear litter from outside spaces
  • Perform weekly checks and monthly temperature readings (calorifier)
  • Report faults and complete tasks as directed by the Assistant Manager

Facilities Coordination & Compliance

  • Schedule appointments for residents and contractors; manage email communications
  • Update task lists, inspection logs and digital systems
  • Carry out routine inspections and upload compliance data
  • Ensure health & safety standards are maintained across all checks and visits

Team & Service

  • Represent the site with professionalism and courtesy at all times
  • Collaborate closely with other departments and assist where needed
  • Support company KPIs and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture
  • Be proactive with training, health & safety, and continuous learning

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Previous experience in maintenance or facilities coordination
  • Organised, reliable, with strong communication and multitasking skills
  • A professional, approachable attitude with good timekeeping
  • Eligible to work in the UK; fluent in written and spoken English
  • Familiarity with residential property or facilities settings
  • Sound understanding of basic electrics, plumbing, and building systems
  • Comfortable managing compliance systems and digital tools

Desirable
