Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical – ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification/experience in constructionrelated discipline
- CSCS card •
Site Managers Safety SMSTS
- Asbestos awareness
- Scaffold awareness; mobile tower scaffold PASMA
- Manual handling
- Fire awareness
- DBS checked as required for specific projects.
- Façade/EWI experience is essential.
- Minimum 4 years previous experience.
- Competent user MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, Microsoft Outlook email and calendars.
