I am looking for a skilled and dedicated Finance Officer to join the administration team for a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Raynes Park, London. This role, which could be either part-time or full time, is integral to managing the school's financial operations and fostering a positive and caring atmosphere within the school community.
Day to day of the role:

Financial Administration:

Process invoices, payments, and expenses.

Maintain accurate financial records.

Assist with budget planning and monitoring.

Payroll and Pensions:

Handle payroll processing for staff members.

Manage pension contributions and related documentation.

Reporting and Compliance:

Prepare financial reports for senior leadership.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Communication:

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders on financial matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software (FMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and be a supportive team player.
