Want to be in control and build something for yourself? I am working with one of the UK's leading property inspections and compliance businesses, who has a superb opportunity for someone to build a business in Scarborough and Hull.

This business deals with the private rented sector, providing a full 360 service to landlords and letting agents, to ensure that all properties meet the correct legislations in order to come to market and are able to be let out. Services offered include EPC's, Inventories, PAT testing and HHSRS.

Day to Day you will be carrying out the above services on rented properties, whilst having the opportunity to scale this business as big as you would like and build your own team around you, giving you far more time and flexibility further down the road, to live the life that you want to live.

Property experience isn't essential, various franchisee's within this brand come from various working backgrounds, however this opportunity would be absolutely ideal for anyone working within inventories, property management or residential lettings.
