Rthirteen are pleased to be partnering with an exciting business in the leisure industry, in their search for HR & Recruitment Advisor. As a pivotal member of the team, you will provide integral support on the administration of all things HR. Day to day, this role has a varied workload including, but not limited to, maintaining paperwork and computer systems, supporting the recruitment process, and ensuring all personnel are fully supported by the HR function.

This is a full-time, permanent position (part-time, 4 days per work could be considered) working Monday to Friday. The salary on offer is competitive depending on experience.

The day to day

  • Assisting in providing a comprehensive HR administration service.
  • Ensuring all employee records are accurate and properly maintained as well as acting a systems administrator for the HR system.
  • Providing support during recruiting and onboarding process from interviewing through to inductions.
  • Managing the HR inbox, responding to internal/external queries.
  • Assisting the accounts department to ensure accurate payroll.
  • Managing and monitoring absences and relevant information.
  • Compiling various HR related reports and assisting on HR projects when required.

You will have/be

  • Previous experience within an administrative/HR function.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident liaising across all levels of an organisation.
  • Detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy in your work.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Full UK driving license required due to location.
