Position: Accounts Administrator
Location: West Bromwich
Salary: £26,000-£30,000
About Us: Our client is a well established business and is dedicated to providing excellence. I am seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join their team and ensure their financial operations run smoothly. With the opportunity for hybrid working and working in a growing and strong team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for budget queries and monitoring.
- Manage bank reconciliation and cash book.
- Purchase ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Control and monitor all income streams, ensuring timely and intact banking of cash, and collect income linked to project milestones.
- Complete month-end accounts, including the month-end template and ledger reconciliation.
- Monitor and check monthly payroll, and submit claim forms and expenses.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and procedures.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
