We are looking for a Finance Manager to join a small multi award winning commercial business with a distinguished reputation in the South of Reading. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated candidate looking to lead a small team in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports
- Prepare budgets and projections
- Leading a small, reporting team
- Management of KPI metrics and analysis
- Control of inventory/order management system, continuing to explore and develop use across the organisation
- Monitoring financial operations within the company, including invoicing and other transactions
- Maintaining responsibility for accountancy software
- Aspects of Credit control responsibilities
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) preferred
- Small business experience
- Proven experience with Payroll Management
- Microsoft Office skills including Advanced Excel capabilities
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Enjoy collaborative working on-site with colleagues and suppliers
