Assembly Area Production Supervisor
Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk
Exciting opportunities have emerged within a company producing training equipment for the Military and Defense sector. Looking for someone to manage to assembly team and increase production.
Position Summary:
- Motivate and drive forward production to meet output requirements.
- Liaise with other departments to meet business requirements.
- Work with other departments to make sure all machinery is in working order.
- Investigate and suggest process improvements and/or cost reductions.
- Documentation support and training
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience of supervising and organizing a production team within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with Assembly Technology and Manufacturing Equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiar with ISO9001.2015
