SF Recruitment has partnered with a leading blue-collar business in the Birmingham area to find an experienced HR Advisor who thrives in fast-paced environments.
You will become a vital member of a fantastic HR team, working under the guidance of a supportive HR Manager.
This role is site based 40 hours per week.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling all employee relations issues, including disciplinaries and grievances
- Managing absence and performance
- Coaching and guiding managers on people-related issues
- Supporting the HR team with various projects
- Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes
Key Requirements:
Ideally CIPD qualified or possess previous HR advisory experience
Proficient in IT
Excellent interpersonal skills
