?We are currently working in partnership with an Academy Trust based in the West Midlands, who are recruiting for a Safeguarding Admin on a temporary 8-week contract. The position is due to start immediately. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £15 per hour, depending on experience.
?The ideal candidate will Experience of working in a secondary school administration setting, with any experience of safeguarding
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Support with reviewing safeguarding documents and ensuring safeguarding documents are accessible
- Provide administrative support related to safeguarding training delivery and compliance
- Keep safeguarding records and systems up to date and accurate
- Support the safeguarding team with administrative tasks related to Designated Safeguarding Leads
- Support completion of safeguarding referrals and referrals to external agencies
- To have a working knowledge of safeguarding systems (preferably CPOMs) and data entry
- To support with day-to-day administrative tasks relating to safeguarding
